My name is Joseph Shillinglaw (or Joe for short), and I have two major passions: serving up some world class sandwiches at Jimmy John’s and capturing life’s best moments through the lens. I’ve been with Jimmy John’s for 10 years, currently serving as an Area Manager here in the Cedar Valley, where I’ve mastered the art of being “freaky fast.” So if you love Jimmy John’s, you’ve found the right guy!

But it doesn’t stop there—when I’m not managing my stores, I’m out with my camera, filming and photographing everything from motocross races to weddings. I’ve been working as a videographer for IAwrestle for the past five years, covering high school state wrestling tournaments and NCAA wrestling championships. I’ve also created content for the University of Northern Iowa Athletics (UNI) and companies like Fareway for the Dan Gable Mr. and Mrs. Wrestler of the Year awards.
